～てはいけません: Prohibition
Use Vてはいけません to state that an action is not permitted.
- て-form and permission pattern.

1. Permission and prohibition share the same て-form base
Vてもいいです = doing V is okay. Vてはいけません = doing V is not allowed. Compare the wrapper while keeping the action identical.

3. This is strong rule language
～てはいけません is suitable for rules, instruction, and teaching. In real peer-to-peer workplace conversation, softer phrasing may be preferred depending on authority and context. Learn the rule meaning first.
