に with Specific Time
Use に after specific clock/calendar times and omit it with common broad relative/frequency expressions.

This lets you schedule real actions: meeting at 9, deploy on Monday, test at 2:30.
1. Specific time points commonly take に
If the expression identifies a particular time point, に marks when the action occurs.
Natural: I have a meeting at 9.
Structure: 9 o'clock — at time — meeting — do.
Specific clock time.
Natural: I test on Monday.
Structure: Monday — at time — test — do.
Specific weekday.
Natural: I go home at 3:30.
Structure: 3:30 — at time — return.
Specific time.
2. Broad relative time often omits に
今日, 明日, 昨日, 毎日 and similar expressions normally do not need に in basic sentences.
Natural: I work today.
Structure: today — work.
No に.
Natural: I study every day.
Structure: every day — study.
No に.
Natural: I test tomorrow.
Structure: tomorrow — test — do.
No に.
3. Use a decision rule
Ask whether the expression points to a specific clock/calendar slot. If yes, に is likely; if it is a relative day or frequency word, often omit it.
