Autonomous Intern 2: Practise Giving Clear Instructions

Meet the device

Autonomous Intern 2 is a desktop device for running AI agents. Autonomous describes text and voice interaction, scheduled tasks, and several agent frameworks. This introduction uses those documented capabilities as a starting point for Japanese practice. The study activities below are suggestions, not claims of a built-in language course.

Make one small request

Start with a task you can check: “Write three short Japanese sentences about my morning. Include readings and English meanings.” Read each sentence aloud, then compare it with a trusted dictionary or learning resource. Ask about one uncertain word before adding more examples.

A useful request specifies the topic, the number of examples, and the desired format. Keep the first attempt small enough to review yourself.

Separate a draft from a finished task

Suppose you ask an assistant to prepare a study note. A saved draft is something you can review. A published note is available at its destination. Ask which step actually happened and request the file or link as evidence.

For practice, try this instruction: “Save the note as a draft. Tell me where you saved it. Wait for my review before publishing.” You can later give a separate instruction to publish that same note.

Words for giving instructions

  • 依頼(いらい): a request; petición. Use it when asking someone to do a task.
  • 下書き(したがき): a draft; borrador. It is a version prepared for review.
  • 確認(かくにん): checking or confirmation; comprobación. Check the meaning and result.
  • 公開(こうかい): publication or making something public; publicación. Decide who should be able to see it.

In 下書きを確認します, を marks what you check. します is a polite verb ending. The sentence means “I will check the draft.”

A five-minute exercise

Choose one topic from your day. Write a short request, review the three example sentences, and correct one sentence yourself. Then explain what you changed. This routine gives you a concrete way to judge the answer without assuming that fluent wording guarantees accuracy.

Product information checked on October 20, 2026: Autonomous Intern 2. Available models, connections, and service limits depend on the current setup. No learning-outcome claim or native-language review is implied.
